TERMS & CONDITIONS
Payment Conditions:
  • A 30% deposit for wedding and room reservation is required upon wedding day confrmation. A wedding date or event will not be confrmed until a deposit is received and an ofcial confrmation from the Wedding Planner has been sent.
  • Outstanding fees need to be paid 45 days prior to arrival.
  • Other suppliers (such as photography, videographer, and entertainment) require deposit upon confrmation of service.
Cancellation Policy:
  • 90 days prior to the wedding ceremony date, deposits are refundable by 50%, minus a 15% bank administration fee.
  • 60 days prior to the wedding ceremony date, deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to other services such as accommodation, other events, etc. within 12 month-period. Subject to availability.
  • Less than 60 days prior to the wedding ceremony date, deposits are non-refundable.
  • Refunds take 21-30 processing days once with the bank.
  • 15% bank admin fee is required for any refund payment. This is solely the bank’s fee and not kept nor decided by Zazen Boutique Resort & Spa.
  • All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.
  • Cancellation fee for outsource supplier such as Celebrant, Photographer, Videographer, entertainment, etc. will apply depending on type of service and supplier’s cancellation policy. Zazen has no liability for the cancellation fee of outsourced suppliers.
